Shipping
Orders placed by 2pm eastern usually ship out the same day. Larger orders (over $500) may take an extra day or two. Once the order ships we will send tracking. We offer both ground service and air service options for shipping. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout once we have your complete delivery address and based on the contents of your shopping cart.
Returns
All returns must be authorized in advance. If you are not satisfied with a product in your order and it is still in new condition we will accept a return on most items. Please note that we ask you to email us as soon as you can, our return policy allows for 2 weeks after delivery (that’s 14 calendar days).
